good quality Lebanese cucumbers from woolies, pretty good quality usually when it comes to cucumbers they're obviously check each one before you buy, cucumbers have vitamins minerals very high number silicone sea hair gets longer other vitamins Make them Bones grow stronger anti-wrinkles make you look younger. I have mine in soda water and in salads mainly.
