Nothing wrong with it, just different than I expected. Certainly not a cheesecake, more like a soft hedgehog slice sitting on a biscuit base. I didn’t mind it, kids thought it was ok. Husband wasn’t a fan. If I needed to take a dessert to take to a vegan friend I would take this, with a punnet of raspberries.
