Our plastic cutting mats are getting pretty old and ratty, and I have been thinking about replacing them. Luckily these Mint Cutting Mats were on sale at Woolworths, so I picked up a pack. They are colour coded for different foods, and we usually use them for making sandwiches and cutting the ingredients up on.
