these hazelnut mousse slice is seriously tasty. The chocolate is rich but not too heavy, and the hazelnut adds a nice touch. The mousse is light and creamy, so it doesn’t feel too much.

Very creamy texture for the mousse layer. Satisfying chocolate flavour. Not overly sweet - nicely balanced. Would be a wonderful dessert served with strawberries and whipped cream.
