We love vanilla slice in our household. Too bad it is such a hassle to get into the suburbs to get those really good ones. When craving hits, we would go to Woolworths and get these ones. They are not as good as those made by indie cafes and bakeries of course, but they do satisfy cravings after a long day. Even better when we find them on clearance for a few bucks cheaper too!

when you are after a sweet snack nice layer of custard. icing can be a bit on the over sweet but manageable. not to expensive as you get 2 serves

These are made by Woolworths, a creamy vanilla custard with puff pastry on the bottom and topped with icing and a drizzle of dark chocolate, 2 in the pack so you can share or not, perfect for that sweet snack or as a dessert, I really liked the taste of the custard as sometimes custard can taste a bit artificial but this one is delicious, will be getting this again

really good, tasty slice. the top is maybe a little slimy but the custard was solid and held its shape while eating. could many be a little bit larger but that’s just a minor issue

Love myself a vanilla slice, and this one from Woolworths was nice although personally , they had icing on top that was just a bit too thick and sweet for my own personal preference

The custard in it is nice, but a little artificial. The pastry is nice, despite being a bit dry. The icing tastes super artificial though - they probably shouldn’t put that on it in the first place.
