Tried the slow-cooked BBQ ribs and they were okay, but nothing special. The flavor of the sauce was nice—sweet and smoky—but the meat wasn’t as tender as I expected for slow-cooked ribs. A bit too chewy in places. Portion size was fair, and they looked great on the plate, but I was hoping for that classic melt-in-your-mouth texture.
