I love these Macro Free Range Pork Medallions from Woolworths as they make a quick and easy but really tasty meal in winter with mashed potato, carrots, peas and applesauce. I buy them a lot as they are also inexpensive. I also like that the pork is free range.

Easy to cook with clear instructions for cooking and resting times on the side. Ate one medallion as a steak and one cut up in a noodle dish. Both were delicious.
