I love these Macro Free Range Pork Medallions from Woolworths as they make a quick and easy but really tasty meal in winter with mashed potato, carrots, peas and applesauce. I buy them a lot as they are also inexpensive. I also like that the pork is free range.

These pork medallion steak were very tender and had a great taste. easy to cook and a good portion control.I liked the idea that they were free range and I will be purchasing them again for an easy meal.

this pork is very yummy , and because it is free range pork so that it is very healthy . this pork is thin so that its health and not fatty . good for cut slice and stir fry and add with soy sauce
