I love this coconut milk as I find it very difficult to create a vegan recipe that is creamy as most products require dairy. I’m lactose intolerant so this coconut milk is perfect when I need to make my meals have more thickness , creaminess and consistency. Its very versatile for vegetarians and for those who are not vegan. You can also make curries with this and it will be a nice and sweet curry.
