this is a fantastic product. Yes the meat is only expensive sign but it is super juicy and tender and cooks up well and has a little to know if fatty in it. I cannot recommend this any highly enough.

I’m impressed. It cooks up lean, with minimal oil or water. Cooking note: I noticed little to no liquid release and none of the greasy film you get with fattier mince—tacos and bolognese were especially delicious and not oily

This is by far the best mince that we have tasted from the main supermarket chains. I have found even the extra lean mince at Coles is still fattier than this.
