This is a great product. It is high quality, readily available and good for your health. The packaging is slightly hard to use as it doesn’t have a way of closing without folding - my only suggestion for improvement is the packaging as I have to store in a sandwich bag.

I put a tablespoon of these on my porridge every morning to boost the protein content. They’re full of healthy fats and good fibre too. A great addition to smoothies, yogurt bowls, muesli or porridge. Reasonably priced too and very good quality. Will always buy these as a staple
