I bought these Josephine Pears as they were heavily reduced at Woolworths. Pears are lovely and sweet, both on their own and used in cooking. These ones were are nice and, apart from making a snack, they will also be lovely in a pear cake.

Absolutely delicious pears — sweet, juicy, and just the right texture. They ripen beautifully at home if a little firm when bought. Great for snacking or adding to salads. A favourite in our fruit bowl!
