Macro nutrient wise, it's great. It has all the good stuff you want, electrolytes and antioxidants that promote optimum hydration. The taste however can be inconsistent from carton to carton. This is highlighted on the packaging that different harvest seasons can affect taste, but I think it still needs mentioning.
