this is so good. love the chocolate pudding. taste just like a moose. it is high in protein. I have mine as breakfast if I’m not feeling too hungry a dessert as part of a light dinner or even as a snack in between. good size and very convenient to take anywhere

I picked these up hoping for a decent high protein snack and was pleasantly surprised.
