Very filling. Decadent yet packed with protein. Consistancy is a thicker style pudding. I can only eat half at a time. Addressed the chocolate craving without feeling guilty. I would recommend.

great after dinner treat for when I want a sweet but also want to get my protein up. I find that it is thick custard like texture. it’s rich but not to rich. the serving size is really good and satisfying. I would buy this again to have in the fridge.
