Yeah, I’m a real fan of these high protein puddings. Rich indulgent flavours, and low sugar, and 15 grams of protein, and around 180 calories.. so not too bad on the waistline. I am on a medically suggested higher protein diet, so these are a great way to keep my protein levels up, in an enjoyable way.
