I bought this because it was a cheaper option and the other sourdough’s. I used it for avocado toast. It was nice but definitely not the best sourdough.

This was a disappointment as a sourdough bread. Does not quite have the same level of sourness or flavour I expected and also had a 'factory bread' texture; a bit gluey. At $5.30, I don't think I'll buy this again.
