Bought it out of curiosity to try something different. Texture of this is like a very dry, stale butter cake. I wouldn’t buy it again. If you want toast but something a bit different from normal bread, I think a nice brioche bread is way better than this.

Love a crumpet so when I saw the new Golden Crumpet bread on sale I thought it was a no brainer. As soon as I opened the pack and saw the sponge like bread my enthusiasm quickly drained. Nothing like a crumpet texture, more like a really bad brioche. After toasting, didn't change my mind. Wouldn't buy again especially at its normal price.

The perfect combo of a crispy top and soft centre when toasted. I’ve been eating Golden crumpets all my life and will never stop loving them!!! they are delicious and versatile option for any meal throughout the day.

Long time fan of Golden Crumpets. They were a staple growing up! However it is fun to experiment with both sweet and savoury combinations with them,perfect of crispy on top and soft center I been eating golden crumpet all my life i love it
