A great gluten-free bread. It took me a long time and a lot of trial and error to find a good one that didn't crumble or be hard as rock. It also tastes amazing.

as far as coeliacs go, this is in the top two choices of breads we buy. the other being tip top gluten free. we buy the tip top for a nice white and this Abbott's for a healthier option that is still very soft and tasty.

For those who know, gluten-free bread can be such a challenge to fond a good one. This product both tastes good and doesn’t break up too much unless you fold it in half. It’s also soft when toasted (doesn’t turn into a rock like others can).
