Nice and soft. Does need to be stored in a dry place otherwise it produces mould quickly.

I love this bread! It stays fresh for at least a week, it’s great for toast or sandwiches and it’s the perfect mix of soft and chewy. I always think I’ll try another bread, but I never do 😂
