my family has eaten this bread religiously for the past 10+ years! as you can see they’ve already finished most of this loaf we JUST bought! they love the mixture of seeds and grains taste wise, health wise, and also protein + fats wise. it’s a good filling option with many benefits for your body. very soft too!!
