I always buy the Abbott's bakery Farmhouse wholemeal. Its consistently good quality, tastes delicious, is a great base for sandwich toppings and makes good toast also.

This brand of wholemeal bread is high in fibre which helps with digestion and satiety. And it is good at protein with around 7.5 g protein per serve.  Also, the texture of the bread is super soft without any artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. It is full or protein and it is safe to have it

Fantastic! – This bread has it all. It can be used untoasted in sandwiches; it tastes great and doesn't go dry. It is delightfully crunchy when toasted.. and it actually browns! And it's one of the less expensive options out there!
