These are my go-to breakfast option, lightly toasted and buttered, topped up with some cheese and cucumber or tomato, or scrambled eggs. They have a slightly nuttier flavour than the regular ones due to the wholemeal flour, but they’re still delicious and I feel good for adding a bit more fibre into my diet
