Its such an easy way to add fibre by doing the wholemeal option. I use these for my breakfast egg and bacon muffins. I like these ones as I prep them by toasting them and have them assembled and wrapped in the fridge, they last all week for me and keep their shape and texture after I’ve prepared them. Then I microwave for 1 minute and they’re good to go.
