I love these dried porcini mushrooms. They really enhance the flavor of the dish they are added to. I’ve been using them to create my own mushroom powder for Asian, Italian, and Mexican dishes. I love that they last so much longer than a fresh mushroom and that it’s purely porcini mushrooms with no added ingredients.
