I like Petaluma Croser Sparkling Non-Vintage for its value and quality. It is always a favourite with or without friends, and this is always available at Dan’s, and the price is right when you are having a party or small gathering. I find most people enjoy this crisp bubbly, even if they are Moët drinkers. I have served this lovely wine with a meal and even just at a gathering of friends with cheese and fruit platters, always with Happy faces.
