I like CLR Multipurpose Cleaner - Calcium, Limescale & Rust 750ml for its effectiveness and value for money. This product is very effective at removing minerals so that I can re-use sprinkler heads instead of replacing them, which costs a lot more. I put three at a time in a plastic container with a snap-on lid; the fluid is then swirled around a few times over a day with the lid still on - this makes sure that all surfaces are fully exposed to the solution. They are then rinsed under an outdoor water spigot. For me, this works well with iron in the groundwater.
