It is so very hot right now that really the only thing you can do to alleviate the discomfort is to drink water. Water can be a little dull after awhile so last time I was shopping I grabbed some bottles of Yaru Sparkling water. The price is a bargain compared to similar products and the quality just as good - a different kind of refreshing.....
