no complaints at all as this a sturdy strong bag and I can carry lots of heavy items in it. I definitely cannot complain as I love these bags and try ny best to rnenevet ti always take them shoooing as they don't snap like most of the bags in Australia do

these bags hold there shape well. they tend to hold a decent amount of weight without breaking. the handles are good supportive and strong. good to reuse when needed.
