They're a little bit difficult to manoeuvre without poking your hand with the toothpick end, so they're not the most comfortable to hold. And I would prefer a tiny bit more tension on the floss. But they do the job, and make it much easier to reach all your teeth (including wisdoms) than floss string does. Nothing beats REACH's Access Flosser, in my opinion, but these smaller flossers from Piksters are very handy to have in your bag, in your car, or simply in different rooms of the house.
