This wasn’t really my kind of yogurt. I usually prefer traditional dairy yogurt because it tastes richer and more natural to me. The coconut flavour isn’t enjoyable for me, so I didn’t get much pleasure from this product overall. It’s quite basic in terms of nutrition, with only 1g of protein, 9g of fat, and 5g of sugar. I don’t personally see a strong reason to choose it, but it might suit people who like coconut or need a dairy-free option.
