well, it sure beats him drinking soda or energy drinks. My partner grabbed us the other day because he wanted a drink while out, and I certainly would rather him drink this, but I would prefer him to drink water. I think it’s healthier to eat the fruit itself . I know, I’m boring… I sure prefer people to drink this though than to drink the breastmilk from a cow so I guess I have to pick my battles. the price is right for a quick drink while out and it’s a nice size for the price. It also has no added sugar so that’s a bonus.
