A great smooth, delicous and natural tasting protein milk shake. A2 milk is used to make, this gentle on the stomach. Great as is, or we also use to make ninja creami light protein icecream. One bottle makes 1 pint of protein light icecream which is great value and creamy delicious goodness. It also has lower sugar added compared to other brands. Wish I can give 6 stars
