This Espresso flavour is a delicious addition to the Protein Shake line Rokeby Road Beautiful craft. Very much enjoyed this addition- perfect for those on the go mornings where you can’t stop for Brekky but don’t want just a coffee on the stomach.

This is my favourite of the Rokeby Flavours. It used to be tricky to find, but now seems to be available at more locations. Tastes like a RTD iced coffee, no weird proteiny thickness or aftertaste. High protein, okay calories, lactose free, gluten free and decent fridge life. Often comes on special. Do wish it came in a sugar free version, because that amount of sugar probably isn’t great.
