Nice protein smoothie from Rokeby. It is rich in protein so it fulfills my daily need for protein. The dutch chocolate flavor is definitely rich and amazing. I only have it in the breakfast, but I just can’t get enough with it honestly. Price is reasonable for its quality imo.
