Really smooth and creamy texture with a nice balance of banana and honey flavour. The cinnamon adds a subtle warmth that makes it taste more natural than most protein drinks. It’s not overly sweet, which I liked. A bit thick for some people’s taste, but filling and great as a quick breakfast or post-workout drink.

I really wanted to like this one, but I found it a bit watery was a beautiful flour. I would have to say it was a great balance of cinnamon, honey and banana. A great balance just found the overall flour a bit watery.

I love this brand and how each drink contains 30g of protein with no gross protein after taste. I will say this isn’t my favourite flavour but I still like it. much prefer the chocolate ones
