I picked this up as a quick breakfast on the go and was pleasantly surprised. The banana flavour tastes natural rather than artificial, and the honey and cinnamon add a gentle warmth that lifts it above your average protein drink. At 30g of protein with no chalky aftertaste, it kept me full until lunch. A little pricey, but well worth it as an occasional treat.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
