These are my go to protein snack, my favourite flavours are the coffee and the dutch chocolate. They are delicious and so creamy! Perfect for work lunches as a snack. I buy up when they are on special. 15g protein for only 147 calories. i recommend to buy, but better buys when on special for $$ value.
