Absolutely love the protein smoothie Choc honeycomb flavour. I love the sweetness I love honey and I love chocolate and this is a great protein heavy. We need that energy boost to get throughout the rest of the day.

This protein smoothie is fantastic, it just tastes like a flavored milk, no odd protein taste or texture. I love this flavour in particular, the honeycomb is beautiful and it actually has less sugar and calories than the plain chocolate and strawberry flavours

My favourite flavour from the Rokeby protein range. It’s blue cap indicates that it contains less sugar content compared to the white caps. I’m a fan of chocolate so I always grab this flavour whenever it’s on sale

great on the go snack that has 30g of protein. it is great tasting and quite smooth. they have the blue lid for lower sugar so they are really easy to tell the difference. they are a bit pricey so get them on sale to make more affordable
