Review of Bakery Du Jour Brioche Burger Buns

I usually pan fry them with garlic and a bit of butter, and they come out sweet, juicy, and not overly fishy. Prep is minimal which I appreciate. They can shrink a bit when cooked, but overall they are fresh, versatile, and easy to get right.
