Yummy snack. It’s relatively healthy compared to lollies or chocolate bars. The package can be resealed with the ziplock if not all is consumed, making it great to takeaway on hikes, picnics or in the car for road trips. The seeds stay crispy even with the bag opened and resealed and it’s just the right amount of sweetness. Took away one star due to the price. It’s not a cheap snack so stockup when it’s on sale
