It pairs really well with crackers, bread, or even as a spread in wraps, and it instantly makes a simple snack feel a bit more elevated. The flavour is well-balanced, not too strong, so it’s easy to enjoy even if you’re not usually big on eggplant. The only downside is that the portion feels a bit small for how quickly it disappears, and I sometimes wish the smoky taste was just a touch more pronounced.
