These period briefs are super comfy to wear since they are thin and also come with a bit of a stretch. I haven't been able to test them yet but they seem pretty thin and probably won't be able to absorb as much as the thicker ones so I wouldn't wear it over night when you have a strong bleed - however, the package claims an absorbency of 2-3 regular tampons so it should get you through a night. We'll see
