Very creamy, delicious. The biggest benefit to the adult male consumer that's not so commonly known, is that the A2 protein found in this milk is basically the only dairy that does not have any estrogenic properties to it. In other words, it's much better for the estrogen sensitive man than standard dairy. Weird hey? Yeah but good ;)
