Bought these Hass Avacado from Cole’s , avacado is exceptional good for heart health , packed with potassium , folate , vitamin K, E and C. I mashed it and spread over the bread for my breaky , or mixed with mother greens for salads , is very tasty and reasonable price .

is it me or is it avocados last a lot longer nowadays. these Hass Avos work so well in salads and guacamole - they keep so well in the fridge too
