Very fresh and good quality apples. The skin is smooth with a nice red colour, and the apples are crisp and juicy when bitten. The taste is perfectly balanced between sweet and slightly tart, making them great for both snacking and slicing into salads. They stayed fresh for several days in the fridge and didn’t bruise easily.
