Delicious and healthy - I love Al berries but especially raspberries, for its versatility and its fresh, sweet taste. It works a treat on its own or added to a salad or Bircher muesli - keeps well in fridge. Best wash before use. Recommended 👍 😋

They also contain a mineral called manganese, which is necessary for healthy bones and skin and helps regulate blood sugar. And they are a healthy sweet snack. I eat them on their own.

We enjoy raspberries, but my kids absolutely destroy these. They would eat a punnet in minutes with no worries and be looking for more. Highly recommend, but maybe ration them out hahaha
