I used these for what felt like blood clots in legs after staying inside for almost two weeks and lots of sleeping in. I also did a lot of walking, and took paracetamol for the pain. Whatever the pain was (maybe just cramps), was gone after a week of taking this and walking. It has been several months since I stopped taking these and the pain hasn't reoccurring. I was broke at the time and couldn't afford to see a doctor to get prescription blood thinners for my problem. I could have gone to the hospital ER to be treated for free but I didn't want to wait an entire day just to be seen and treated. I also didn't want to have to stay in a hospital bed overnight or for days unnecessarily "just as a precaution". Australian healthcare might be free/cheap for the poor but they have a very strange way of treating people who aren't rich.
