I prefer ripe bananas because otherwise I just wait for them to become ripe so I can peel them and put them in my freezer and use them in my smoothies. I just finished peeling the last ones and putting them on my freezer so what you’re going to see is a picture of the peels in my compost bin . These bananas are small smaller and they are perfect because I just break them in half and use only half in my smoothies each day. they are very sweet and I like using them

I get these for my kids. I find that cause they are small they don’t tend to waste much and these always seem to be sweet. they last a couple of days which is fine in my house.
