These Brunswick Sardines in Lemon Chilli and Garlic are nutritious, cheap, and delicious. I love how these Sardines are packed with protein and omega 3 fish oils, so it's a healthy snack. I also love how these are ready to eat straight from the tin and require no cooking or preparation time. These are also really versatile and taste great as they are, with their mild chilli and garlic flavour, or eaten on toast or a side salad. I also love that these Sardines are sustainably sourced seafood. Tasty, nutritious, affordable. 5 stars!
